This is from another board but it's too goddamned funny not to share:
Ashley and I tried to chart how all our shows' casts overlap. I like to pretend each actor's always the same character and explain why they're in this situation. F'rinstance, it makes complete sense that Peter Coyote, playing General Crook in DEADWOOD, is made immortal by Sioux magic and eventually settles as the psychology-and-death-obsessed Web in THE INSIDE. We need to get Adam Baldwin on BATTLESTAR GALACTICA to tie everything together.
Rock Star: SuperSuckAss:
I can only hope that PPoD regrets starting that stupid "Ryan 'Dark Horse' Starr" shit as much as the rest of us do.
Holy SHIT! Eddie Izzard? *dies*
But wait! There's more! In 24 casting news:
Oscar- and Emmy-nominated actor James Cromwell (“Babe,” “Six Feet Under”) and Emmy Award-winning actor Eddie Izzard (“Dress to Kill,” “My Super Ex-Girlfriend”) join the season six cast of 24 ...
The highly respected Cromwell will recur this season as PHILLIP BAUER, the estranged father of JACK BAUER (Sutherland), while British actor/comedian Izzard will portray a villainous accomplice, DARREN McCARTHY.
Spotted this on Whedonesque: [link]
Is it still claimed Tim's much famed Screenwriter story (Reavers/Inara etc) wasn't about the syringe in the pilot, or am I wrong about that?
Kristen: HOLY SHIT! But 24 doesn't start 'til January, yeah?
RS: So boring w/o Stormy and I cannot believe that
boring Ryan won the fan encore and a damn car. All I can say is that Storm, Magni and Dilana better get cars too - or all the people who don't win the (booby) prize of Lead Singer for SuperN and were in the top 5 better get cars too.
was last night the finale?
No, tonight the bottom two sing, one gets eliminated and then the top three sing and the band picks who gets to be their lead singer.
Oh, I just read over at TWOP that MTV News is reporting that the original band Supernova has one it's injunction against the tv show band and after tonight's finale SuperN is going to have to change their name.
Here is the link to the MTV news article about the judgement.
