Buffy: I was regrouping. Spike: You were about to be regrouped into separate piles.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I seem to recall they like to go back and forth on whether Gar likes being "Beast Boy", green-skin and all or whether it makes him feel like an outcast and wants to be cured. There was an arc from a little bit back where he was cured and then reinfected himself to save the day without a second thought.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's the one I was thinking of--except I remember him wanting to be cured.

He gained B-list celebrity with it, but he never had a life outside that, his dad, and his current team.

Life is eternal, Love is immortal, and death is only an illusion.

I agree, they do go back and forth.

There was while he was like big Celeb and all. I remember the virus story.

I just think Gar's problem is inconsistant writing. He is like BSG's Apollo. He is written whatever way they want for whatever story, but has only a few real principle qualities to fall back on. He digs his powers and what he can do though with them.

His best story was the Terra/Tara and Jericho thing.

Hey they could also add Raven in. She has basically been ther from the start.

Since the start of the New Teen Titans, if I get my titles right. There was, of course, the first sidekick version of the Titans.

Right... my bad.

Wonder-girl, Robin, Kid-Flash, Aqualad,Speedy.... they were the orignal members.

Then came in Raven, Gar and Cyborg, wo have stuck around forver.

Everyone else changed names and costumes, Like Donna, Dick, Wally and Roy.

I loved/love the interaction and angst the best between Gar/Cyborg and Dick/ Donna.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Use Dick Grayson.... Nightwing has no powers just lots of stunts

Hard to cast, though.

Not, err, that I've spent any amount of time mentally casting anything ever.

Though I TOTALLY saw a chick on the bus yesterday who'd have made a great Thunder.

Errm.

Okay, so maybe a little time. And the guy who MJ was engaged to in Spiderman II, with a little hairdye, would be an okay Dick. But not, like, the Platonic Ideal of Dick or anything. I'd really have to see him wet and suffering to know for sure if he's right for the role...

Hmm. It's new release day. I should pick up my pulls.

Joe, I have envy.

Is Victor Webster too big? And I don't mean porn, although some of those pictures may be racy.

Is Dick big?

Oh... I mean Dick Grayson...Is he a big man? i saw him more wiry and lean.

Donna is the hard one for me... and Kory.

Charisma Carpenter for Donna. Basically, I don't think she's hard to cast. Young, pretty, strong. Dark-haired.

Kory, well, at least her breasts should be easy to find in Hollywood.
