I am mad at myself because I eventually had a nap. I don't have little naps. A nap lasts a sleep cycle for me which means 3 hours. I'm used to a kind of work that allows for (non-work) multi-tasking. I didn't used to be ADD, but I think the Internet has made me so. Unfortunately, the kind of work I'm doing requires concentration and less Internet distraction. Damn its hide.
