Coming to visit San Francisco? Um, I don't know. I don't have any immediate plans.
However, I miss you guys, therefore you should all take a road trip down to LA. Really.

G&J may be before too long, if J. doesn't get accepted to med school up here. (She got into USC)
Yay, USC! Even though that would probably be the Health Sciences Campus.
I've been looking at apartments. I DESPERATELY want a place of my very own to live, where I will no longer keep all of my clothes in a suitcase--as they have been since May, where I will be able to put my toothbrush in a toothbrush holder, where there can be a spot for my makeup that is not my backpack, and where my brand new baby kitten, Joss, who was rescued a week ago this past Thursday may play as he likes, and I don't have to worry about people who forget to close doors behind them. Also, where I can buy groceries, and leave them there, and cook. And where I would be located close to work so I don't have to care about an hour-long commute before having to be at work at 8:00 am. Unfortunately, all of my potential roommates are flaky. Why? Why is the main one in Spain, and therefore unable to reply as immediately as I'd like? Why is renting so expensive?? So many questions. Le sigh.
And I know I wouldn't be nearly so frustrated right now if I hadn't just spent the past three hours watching Buffy die repeatedly as she fell, YET AGAIN, into a hole I told her to jump across, not into.
Poor Alibelle. I hope you get the living situation worked out soon. Where are you looking? And where are you working?
How are Trouble and Jack?
Looking and working in Burbank.
Trouble and Jack are great. Very snuggly, sweet kitties. They're napping yet again right now.
Also, I just played with Buffy again. She fell into the water. AGAIN.
HATE. That is all. So frustrating.
What are you doing, jobwise?
Anyway, I love him anyway cause he wrote a song called "We Hate It When Our Friends Are Successful." I could talk to a person that would call a song that.
Ahhh, it's the beginning of a long, snarky love affair, I can tell.
I get to work with Robin! I'm a caption editor. At seriously the nicest place ever to work. It sometimes creeps me out how nice and reasonable everyone there is because that is so not how my employment history has ever worked. I'm used to jobs where you don't get essential tools for months (like when it took four months for me to get makeup brushes, when I was working as a makeup artist), or your supervisor tells children that it is perfectly okay if they want to actually spit in your face, or where someone seriously quizzes you on the alphabet every day, and then they get pissy if you do actually know it. Not jobs where you get popcorn provided for you, and there's breakfast on Mondays, and you get nifty things like lamps and floor mats without even requesting them. So strange.

That sounds wonderful. Yay!
