So Leif is just practicing Parkour when he leaps off of things. Cool.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I remember when it was called parcourse. Which is actually the name of my co-worker's band. [link]

Someone let me know about a personal trainer around hereabouts who trains using the world as a gym. I wish I could afford him. Not that he's that pricey, but any personal anything is beyond my means.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Had neither a bouquet toss nor a garter toss at my wedding. We had a band, so no Electric Slide or Chicken dance.(We did the hora)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Today I finally got into that spiffy new restaurant, where I could tell the food was probably really good even though it pinged my "no meats + sweets in the same dish" squick. The place was packed for Tuesday lunch, with me being the only male customer there. (And if my read of the two waiters is correct, grand total of 0 straight men in the building.) Afterwards, I went to the Maxfield Parrish exhibit and got to see dozens of luminous paintings that make you want to step inside.

I need a job like that!

ita, Anna Kournikova is talking about Krav in this month's Elle. She definitely only just picked it up as part of her column where she tries out different diets and different exercise regimes.

In TV-watching news, this weekend is a free Showtime weekend, and also has the TV-premiere of the refurbished (and soon to be out on DVD) Liza with a Z, so I'm setting my VCR for Saturday night!

We should check out Maxfield's during the F2F - the bar here in SF that has the original of Parrish's Pied Piper behind the bar.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Squee!! I just found out what the office is doing for Admin Assistant's Day - box suite tickets to the Mets/Giants game on that day (April 26th)! Yay! 1/2 day of work (no one around here is going to have a clue)!

We should check out Maxfield's during the F2F

Oh, yes. Hobson's Choice might also be popular....
