Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Catching up from yesterday--I missed Kathy's birthday! I hope it was happy, Kathy, and since I'm late, I'll wish you a year of peace and productivity, happiness, health, and fun!

libkitty, also from yesterday, you're welcome to tag. I'm honored.

And I'm still catching up, so I just zoomed to the end--but, did I catch a glimpse of Gus?

Gus!

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Beverly!

Did I catch a glimpse of Beverly?

No. Too good to be true.

I'm here. Pogo-ing from 100+ posts back.

Are you done with your book edits? What else is keeping you out of mischief lately?

Hanging with the five-year-old this weekend. And I think I hear him mumbling in his sleep. Lemme go check.

He's still asleep. But he's going to be up early in the ayem, so I better get some sleep so I can get up and wrangle him tomorrow morning. Glad I got to "see" you, though. I don't seem to get to the end of Natter as often as I used to.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I like the patterned ottoman, strega. Choose funkier bold colors for curtains or do a contrasty color on one of the walls closest to the sofa set.

Um. But you know, my apartment is romper room, so, feel free to ignore.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know from furniture, so will keep shut.

Archie McPhee--I bought these from them, and Despair snapped as I put it on. I e-mailed them to that effect, and they sent me all three all over again (despite them being individually packaged) with a corny apologetic e-mail.

So now I love them forever.

Tipsy Daisy Jane is funny! In a surreal sort of way.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

The BF and I went out to dinner with Kat yesterday and all three of us were wearing crocs. They RULE.
