ita is short, even in high heels.
ita is not tall. It's a whole different vibe.

She's taller than me! I just say 5' 6" even though I'm not, actually (about a quarter inch under.) Just easier. But I'm usually wearing at least 2 inch heels during the week and an inch or so unless I'm at home so basically, whatever I say? Is a vague estimate.
First time someone I work with saw me when I was wearing flats, her greeting was "You're short!" Which was funny because she's shorter than me.
Last year, I got a pair of actually flat flats, and it was funny how people thought I was short wearing them. I feel like the boots I'm wearing now are "flats," but really they have like an inch and a half of heel.
Hey, I call it a pimp walk because it's called a pimp walk.
I'm backing ita up on this one. Even "strut" doesn't quite apply.
And ita is not short. Her height is just right (as it is the same as mine).
oh who's taller? what counts as tall? blah blah blahdiblah. My presence towers, that's all I know.
also?
Let's go-o
time's a'wastin.
I'm going to take my effectively 5'11 self and apply sushi to my migraine and see how that works out. Despite having brought lunch.
eta:
what counts as tall?
Tall is taller than me. Short is shorter than me. But I'll be kind and admit to an inch or two of "normal" extending below me.
ita is short, even in high heels.
Hey! ita's taller than me by an inch, and I am not short!
I always feel weirdly short when I wear my CAT boots (flattish work boots) out at night, since I'm normally in 3 inch heels.
That can't be right, Juliana. We've proven that ita is (okay, a teensy little bit) shorter than I am, but I think you are taller than I am.
5'8" is not short. Just sayin'.
Most people who know me IRL think I'm taller than I am. I think I just have a tall presence.
What's funny is that when I actually put on heels in the apartment? I feel positively ginormous, because suddenly I can see all the topsides of the bookcases. And the dust. I'm just not used to that ange of view inside. ( I don't put on shoes until I'm about to walk out the door.)
