I have discovered that when I go back to sleep I get more groggy.
I tend not to, but I'm the type who needs to wake up slowly. Otherwise...well, I'm grouchy anyway, but I'm less functional (which pretty much leaves me with the thought processes of slime mold) and grouchy.
