Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I feel like
life is fragile and random, and death is just a whisper away at all times,anyway. Stories of close-call survival give me hope, I guess, because they remind me that it is possible to survive even when the odds are against you. Life is unfair, but because it's random, it's just as likely to be unfair to my advantage.
My monitor here at work makes all the letters very very small. I can't see what I'm typing.

The sandwich place around the corner from where I worked in SF had this thick, creamy, salty delicious mushroom soup with wild rice.
(I can't remember the name of the place dammit. I worked at 333 Bush...and it was around the northwest corner from my office.)

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I have had so many many nice things done for me in my life that it amazes and delights me to think of it. From letting me crash on a friend's couch for months to the BF buying me a DVD of a movie I love bcause he happened to see it in the store, I feel I have been given a LOT in my life. I am very lucky.

Ooooh, best soup for me is lentil soup at Marena's. Though Campbell's tomato soup (with grilled cheese sandwich) is still my comfort meal.

The best sandwiches have lots of mayonnaise on them.
I need to quit posting and get back to work. I'm sick of editing. I'm sure this article on multi-mode quad-band RF receivers would be fascinating to another electrical engineer, but I'm so bored. I wish the English were good enough I could away with not having to actually read it.
