The frat boys were NCAA track stars in their college days, fwiw. They do actually know how to work hard, but they're definitely slacking careerwise now.

I like water chestnuts. I think the only food texture I have a problem with is rubbery, otherwise, it's all about the taste. My issues with sushi aren't so much the raw, but the fish. I'm not a big fan of seafood to begin with.

The hippies and the mother/daughter team both knew a little Portuguese -- I think the hippies had a phrase book on the plane. The mother/daughter were getting by mostly (I think) on Spanish.
