All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Our wings are not tired.

More health~ma for your dad. Gallstones can be very difficult. I hope some good rest happens for both of you soon.

Hee. Around here I hear ABD, as in Anybody But Duke. Not watching much basketball myself. Watching Dr. Who now. And working. Blah. (I hope to get on IM later, but I am on a remote system now and it doesn't work)

Also, Who much fun.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Matt that sounds exhausting for all of you. try to get some rest.

What they said.

Perkins--going to work with pink hair is fun! Just ask kat.

Sadly, my hairdresser doesn't even stock pink dye. What's up with that.

I also don't like what she did with the bangs this time, but they will grow out soon enough, I guess.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Tons of health~ma to your dad, Matt.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Much recuperation~ma to your Dad, Matt. And some rest for you, too. It's not easy taking care of parents, they can be worse than little kids because they think they know it all AND they whine.

Art Crawl!!!

Tom - your living room looks great.

I turned on ESPN looking for horseracing and it's STILL baseball.

I didn't notice the moment of silence on 24 either.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aurelia, I just got back from buying the pinstripes one, but all in silver-colour with a black striped face.

The salesguy pulled it out saying "That's dainty!" and there really wasn't anything more dainty in the Fossil store. And the department store shopping made my eyes cross. So Black Dial it is. I'm wearing it now. It's very small.

I love Fossil. I love watches. This one is prettierdaintier than I am. And it's not all that dainty.

My body is limp from fight class today. Yet, I have more chores to do.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

That's very nice, ita. It's a dainty in a way that still says "I can kick your ass."

Nice. I like the pinstripes. Long ago I had a dainty pinstriped watch that I loved dearly.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I think I'd have to go and actually see the Fossil watches in person before I committed myself. Of course, I bought my much-prized Buffy watch off the website....
