Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

So, when I was home all day cleaning, I didn't so much, you know, actually clean.

And now I get an email that my sister and her friend will be here in an hour or so, not tomorrow.

Sty does not begin to describe it.

Crap.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Maybe ita or other science-y types might find this interesting:

Why Do We Think Aliens Are Made of Water?

If it's good enough for us, it's good enough for them.

Discusses why water is such a good basis for life that it's sometimes considered essential for any form of life. Also mentions some possible non-water basises for life, such as liquid ammonia or liquid methane.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Sty does not begin to describe it.

That's a shame, because then maybe it could end as 'stylish'. Or 'styrofoam'. Obviously there are some risks involved.

Well, there Eldrad was silicon-based as opposed to carbon-based. I don't recall whether they had anything to say about changing the water-based thing too.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I have gossip! I know it's nothing to you LA peeps. However, the movie filming in my hometown is pretty cool to me. And my friend danced with Christian Troy or whatever still, COOL TO ME. Also left the cutest sweetest message on her service. I also learned that Demi Moore drank 12 beers at our bar. I'm impressed.
