Everybody plays each other. That's all anybody ever does. We play parts.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Um.

Note to self: playing "The Sims" when already stressed = bad idea

"Why does my Sim keep CRYING?? Stop crying! You want a pony? A new car! PLEASE stop crying!"

Even after I finally managed to get the strength to stop playing, I kept wondering if the Sims get lonely when I turn off my X-Box.

Who thought that playing a game about managing all the little stressful details of multiple people's lives was RELAXING? Whose idea was this? I want names, NAMES.

information libertarian

I get 28 addresses if I count my 4 separate dorm rooms and two separate years studying abroad. I think where I really excel is in that I'd lived in 11 domiciles by the time I was 13, and I wasn't an army brat (though half of that is due to divorce and duplicate households). The longest I've ever lived continuously in one town is 5 years (13-18).

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I have had 17 addresses, but 8 of those were college (6 dorm rooms and 2 summer sublets). I only lived in 2 before college (we moved from the tiny cottage when I was 3, and Mom sold that house when I was 19), and have had 5 since I started working at this company 13 years ago.

I slept really well last night. I wish I could figure out the secret to good nights versus bad ones. Still, I lounged a bit in bed instead of getting right up and I swear that makes me re-tired.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

10 places since '73, and 12 since '52. Never lived in a dorm, so that knocks the number down a bit.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I think, on a quick count, I've racked up nine homes in 36 years. Apparently this makes me an underachiever.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I was only in the dorms one year, so not much inflation there. And even in college, I tended to stay in the same place for a couple of years where possible.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Counting the number of places I've lived requires more brainpower than I have this early in the morning.
