And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm at 24 addresses that I know of. I'm not sure which of our moves before I was 5 lasted longer than three months--I use three months as the cutoff.

No fair. My parents never moved, so I only had one address until I was 18.

My parents' farm is the farm my dad grew up on, so he's only lived at one address ever. Huh.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

my nephew complains in his sleep

That's awesome. The next time I have issues with my ISP, I'm putting him on the phone. It'd be an excellent service.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm at 16, not counting one of them the three or four separate times I could probably count it.

OK, so I admit to being a freak. My parents haven't had many more addresses than I, at similar points in their lives. Ah, academia, even through the tech track.

hrm. I am back to 1997 with full addresses (5 dwellings), but now I am at a loss. I think that is all I can do for tonight. I will search for more tomorrow. I think I can narrow it down to 6 more.

why 1973? I have no idea. This is for the State of New York to check that I am clean of any Child Abuse Registries. It must be a statute of limitations thing.

OK, if GAH DINO! NO MORE DINO! BAD TRICERATOPS! (omg, that is so my fault. I pointed him to triceratops because of the sara sounding thing) MOMMMEEEE! DADDEEE! MAKE NOISE STOP!

Works for your ISP.

eta: msbelle, may you sleep well. Now go to bed!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's fascinating -- I know I didn't have to go that far back when I was getting registered for child care in PA.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

25. I counted wrong. 25 is right. My sister's probably had more than that with three years fewer to play in. I've been faking stability.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

erin, where do you teach?

How the fuck am I going to fall asleep without my fan noise?

sara, I use earplugs. the silicone ones stay put really well. I started using them when I decided using a fan for white noise was a waste of electricity and the earplugs are more portable.
