None that I know of. He did have a big jump in power in one year, but frankly if you saw his body you wouldn't presume he was on 'roids. He was squat and bowling ball shaped. Though he did have pretty big arms. Still, I've never heard those rumors associated with him.

The sports radio guys last night pointed out that a massive stroke wasn't all that unexpected on a guy that was just under 400 pounds. Apparently, he'd really gained a lot of weight since leaving baseball.
