Kat suggested a book called, "When Sophie Was Angry."
Wondereful book. Someone gave it to Franny, and of course we gave a copy to her friend Sophie. Franny's favorite part is when she climbs the tree.
Good books: Miss Spider's Tea Party, and What a Hat!, and he's the perfect age for the Richard Scarry books. And lately Franny has been into One Was Johnny and Pierre, but that's because of the Carole King songs.
I don't think it is possible to tell to many cute nephew stories.
Cute nephews are awsome. Allyson, does he have any Berke Breathed books? Flawed Dogs is always a bit hit.

Nooooo! Not Edgar!
Somehow I failed to hear that it was 2 hours tonight, so I missed the 1st hour. Did I miss anything important?
Turns out the Indian candy gave me a migraine. I wish the guy who'd given it to me had had any idea what was in it, in case I could have identified another trigger.
It's okay--it responded reasonably well to medication. I just wonder what was in it. It might be useful to know.
Maybe making a list of the stuff that doesn't give you migraines might be easier at this point though.
Actually, foodwise the trigger list is pretty small. Artificial sweeteners, nitrites and too-high concentrations of vegetable oils. I can even eat things that I can't tolerate the smell of (like mint).
Well, that's something. I'm glad this migraine was easily subdued.
ita, can you google around and figure out what was in it?
Kids books: When I was cleaning out the attic prior to my dad's move, I found an old fave.
The Meanest Squirrel I Ever Met,
about a squirrel con-man. Adorable.
