I went looking for Jilli's book at the downtown B&N - polarbearin' Borders insists it won't be out until July 1 ... at which time they'll probably label it out of print - and there it was - on a front table. I got the last copy.

B&N finally delivered it in a box big enough to ship a medium sized farm animal. No wonder it took a full extra day to get here.
