Well, after doing some digging, apparently "coming soon" (so they say...apparently it's been "comign soon" several times) is "Collections" on LT, so that you can have basically several different libraries within your username. And thus separate out say your Childrens books and your YA books and your SciFi and your To Be Read or your "Read this from the Library Don't Actually Own it" or what have you. If you so desire (they plan to have some pre-made categories, but allow for users to make their own).
So I think that'll work better than the tags, for me. I am OK with tagging for some things, but I like that separation better.
... that kid is awesome, if that's real.
So I'm reading Black Dossier. So great. I'm surprised they can make a profit selling these for $20. I wonder how much they cost to make? Anyway I'm reading The Crazy Wide Forever and for the first time it occurs to me- The League is fan fiction! Just because Moore is famous and making money off his work doesn't take away the fact that he loves these characters and he wanted to make more stories about them.
Yes yes yes, TLoEG is
totally
fanfiction. That's a big part of why I love it. (Like
Wicked
et al.) And isn't the
Black Dossier
fabulous? (Although - yeah. With some reservations.) Did you get the edition with the disk included, or have they not released that one yet?
If you're interested, when you've finished, I really enjoyed going through the annotations to see how many gazillion details went whizzing over my head.

whoa, no. If there's a disc I haven't gotten to it yet. And I already thought the book was too much value for the money.
Thanks for the link to the annotations. There's already a couple panels I know are significant but I couldn't figure out what they referenced. I can't wait to see how many I didn't even catch.
Dude! Knut's Superpowers was nominated for a Nebula Award!
Even cooler is the fact that (he explained in LJ) Superpowers wasn't on the "long list" of potential nominees; however, he ended up on the final ballot because of book jury had the option of choosing one book to add to the list.
And they picked Superpowers to add to the ballot! Go Knut!
That is TOTALLY FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!
Right? He's nominated with Terry Pratchett and Ursula Le Guin. That just KICKS ASS.
