Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

And then demanded a muffeleta without any olives?

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

And then demanded a muffeleta without any olives?

Natch.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I heard he called the bartender a gay, tomato-loving Nazi.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

MM, has he got a ciggie in one paw? That's awesome!

Yes, he does.

He had a bottle of Jack Daniels as well, but he downed it in one long gulp, smashed it against a table and told the bartender that he, the bartender, was a Nazi.

Then -- and I'm not even remotely joking -- Kerfuffle Bunny is the bunny version of my brother. Because I'm fairly certain he has, in fact, done what you just described.

I don't know whether to console or congratulate you.

Because there's a certain amount of awesome in that.

My bro is one of my favorite people in the world. I mean, I don't want to be on the wrong end of his broken Jack Daniels bottle, but he is awesome.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Kerfuffle Bunny

So is he deliberately not using the serial comma for added kerfuffling? Or are you simply the spawn of Satan?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I think it may end up being my favorite of his novels. It's a mixture of Stardust and Coraline, so of course I'm going to find it perfect.

So jealous! I can’t wait to read it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Kerfuffle Bunny needs to be a weekly strip.

He could just change his line every week like The Angriest Dog In The World.

The status is NOT quo.

Oh! I love Kerfuffle Bunny! I think Ollie, the Stupidest Dog in the World, needs to be his sidekick.
