I also love A.G. Slatter's newest books, Path of Thorns and All the Murmuring Bones. Very light fantasy, and only connected in that they take place in the same universe.
I started Naomi Novik's Uprooted but got stuck. I'm not sure where it's going, I guess. She doesn't seem concerned with giving the protagonist a clear purpose. Or maybe she does and I'm just not getting it?

Amy, have you read anything by Grady Hendrix? My Best Friend’s Exorcism, We Sold Our Souls, and The Southern Ladies’ Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires are all fantastic.
I just got Camp Damascus and am ready to read it after finishing an ARC of KJ Charles’ The Nobleman’s Guide to Seducing a Scoundrel. The Romney Marsh two parter is amazing.
Also finished Remarkably Bright Creatures.
Remarkably Bright Creatures is this month's book club pick so I have to finish it before we meet Monday. Right now it is going slowly, but I am depending on it coming together.
