I have downloaded a sample of that to check out, sounds interesting
I had been putting off reading the last two (last as in most recent, not last as in there won't be any more) InCryptid novels because they are Alice-centric and Alice is not my favorite. I was kind of grumbling to myself all the way through that there was too much Prices and not enough cryptids in these. However, the last one also has a bonus story that is partly from the POV of an Aeslin Mouse and the Aeslin Mice *are* my favorite, so it's all worthwhile and thought I'd better say so here in case anyone else might need that story. Bonus Novella: Where His Waffles Went in Backpacking Through Bedlam
I'm 4 books behind on the InCryptid novels. I missed both Sarah novels and both Alice novels. But they're on the TBR list.
Ooh I am at least one if not two InCryptid behind, good reminder.
Connie Willis' Doomsday Book is on sale today in the Amazon Kindle store. Strongly recommended.
Sweet. That’s my current listen-while-driving book, being able to switch to an e-book will come in handy.
Dracula Daily starts in two weeks! I am excited to be in on the start this year, I was a bit late last year. [link]
I am loving the concept of “Dracula season”
Also, when I first heard that they were going to print a physical book of Dracula Daily I thought that was a silly idea but here I am pre-ordering it. But it’s sparking joy, so there you go.
I'm definitely getting the Dracula Daily book!

Isn't that just...Dracula?
Isn't that just...Dracula?
Dracula wasn't originally fully chronological, and the Dracula Daily book will be. And they're throwing in memes, reviews, social media stuff, and so on. So, yeah, it's mostly Dracula, but it's a bit different. I'm on the fence about buying it, since I think I saw most of that stuff when it was happening. Doesn't mean it's not worth revisiting, but is it worth ~$27 to revisit? That's the question, for me.
