Alexis Hall's Boyfriend Material dropped Tuesday night. I'm halfway through. VERY romantic and funny (like most of Hall's work)but surprisingly chaste. He's definitely widening his demographic with this one.
I finished it this morning and found it completely adorable. Will probably listen to the audiobook at some point.

I am almost to the level of Red, White and Royal Blue where I feel like if these guys don't get their HEA, I will BURN STUFF TO THE GROUND!
Finished Boyfriend Material last night and started Conventionally Yours today. These are pretty staid queer romances so they might make a great segue way for people who aren't into graphic sex scenes.
The MCs in Conventionally Yours play a game much like Magic the Gathering and play in a game shop so I am completely immersed in their world from the get go.
I finished Conventionally Yours over the weekend. I am working on a book talk for "entry level queer romances" with BM, CY and Red, White & Royal Blue as the books.
These would make a good transition for a YA reader looking for an easy transition to adult queer romance.
I was able to pick up Murder on Black Swan Lane on sale after all. It's quite absorbing, thanks for the rec!
A Wizard's Guide to Defensive Baking is hecka good if you are into that sort of thing.
I mean, it's Ursula Vernon.
Indeed. Particularly timely, although in her Author's Note she says that is a coincidence.
oh, good! I have gotten into the habit of just buying everything she publishes (except for the horror).
Me too. Even the horror has proven not too nightmare-inducing for me! This title was so very enticing I might have got it even if I wasn't following her already, and it did not disappoint.
