Wow, I had no idea that "The Handmaid's Tale" was being made into a series for Hulu. Elisabeth Moss is playing Offred and Joseph Fiennes is playing The Commander.
This could be really, really good!
I'm also super excited for the American Gods series!

I just finished the new Anne Rice book, Prince Lestat and the Realms of Atlantis.
Vampires. Aliens. Ghosts. And a solid third of the book taken up with meandering philosophical wankery. Oh, and an alien species that are giant birds.
It was something. What, I'm not entirely sure. But something. But not as fun as Prince Lestat was.

I finished reading The Jewel and Her Lapidary this morning, despite ltc waking up with only 5 pages to go. What a wonderful story! Are there any other stories planned for this world?
