Thank you, I did not! I was just thinking I needed to check on that. Better get my pre-order taken care of soon...
I am afraid of what might happen in that book but I CANNOT WAIT to find out.
'First Date'
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

I'm not sure he can stomp on my heart more than he already has. And yet, I feel sure that he will.
(We included a Skulduggery Pleasant quote in our wedding vows -- seriously -- and I can't decide if sending Derek Landy a note to tell him that would be cool or CREEPY AS SHIT.)
You could do it so it wouldn't be creepy, I think. Because it's awesome!

That sums it up so well.

It was from Dark Days, I think, and it's dialogue between Valkyrie and Skulduggery:
V: “I’m here because I CHOOSE to be. You save my life. I save yours. That’s how we work.”
S: “Until the end.”
V: “Until the end.”
In this case, I was Valkyrie and Tim was Skuldggery. (He did NOT do the Skulduggery voice -- which, if you haven't heard the audiobooks, is deep and resonant, about an octave below Tim's normal voice, which he actually does extremely well.)
t edit We didn't identify it as a quote, or anything, so people might have thought it was just me being dramatic, but I don't really care. And, you know, Skulduggery Pleasant wedding vows FTW.
Excellent vows.
They also included "I love you more than the semicolon," which drew both laughter and feigned shock from the guests.
But that's HUGE, yo.
I think Derek Landy would be chuffed to hear that.
I just finished an excellent, page-turner urban fantasy, London Calling, by Paul Cornell, who's also written Doctor Who episodes and a slew of comics. I suspect I will be standing ready to download the sequel when it comes out next week.
That looks really good, Ginger.
London Falling?
There are a lot of London Callings, I want to be sure I'm looking at the right book.
Yes, Falling.
