I checked Dog-Eared Books to see what they had, and, as luck would have it, the only Ruff they had was, indeed,
Set This House in Order.
As if that weren't enough, it appeared to have been originally bought at Elliott Bay Books in Seattle, which is where Matt Ruff lives! Also a bookstore I am fond of because I spent time there with Buffistas and discovered
The Name of This Book Is Secret.
The reading was fun. His new book,
The Mirage,
sounds intriguing.
So now dystopia comes in Sparkly along with the more traditional Dark?
Hee! Burrell, may I please tag this?
Effie Trinket and the Capitol bring the Sparkly to the dystopic yard.
Jilli, have you heard anything--good or bad--about this one?

It's about a human boy hiding amongst vampires in a human-less society, but it's not out until May.
I haven't heard a thing about that one. But it sounds like someone wanted to have their vampires and dystopia all in one place.
It also sounds like a YA/dystopia take on this book: [link]
Also, if it is a world with no humans, then the vampires live on animal blood/synthetic blood. Which makes them humans with superpowers, special dietary needs, and possibly allergies to sunlight and garlic.
Which reminds me of
Daybreakers,
which was pretty cool.
