Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."
I could never see anything but Logan Echolls on that show. LOGAN.
I think of Finnick as previously almost unbearably pretty (that picture would have been a young Finnick, although JA was probably 20+) and then got slightly rugged. Mostly rocking the Adonis thing, and not aging so much as growing into more mature beauty.
David Beckham? I mean, obviously not to actually be in the movie.
Now that you mention it, I wouldn't hate Dohring as Finnick.
Is there young actor who resembles a young Brad Pitt? (Remember Thelma & Louise Pitt? ROWR.)
Slacker to classic literature that I am, I've only just begun reading the works of Ngaio Marsh. But one thing perplexes me--how do you pronounce her name?
Ne-yow, more or less, except only one syllable.
Is there young actor who resembles a young Brad Pitt?
Ooo. Good one. I did a Google Images for Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise, and found Lucas Till (recently Havok in XM:FC). [link]
I have a coworker from New Zealand named Ngaire, pronounced NY-REE, and I sort of assumed Ngaio Marsh was NY-OH.
He's pretty, but he's got Beiber hair, and is, IMHO, a little too boy next door to be BEE-YOO-tiful.
Also, I think with Finnick, your first impulse should be "I hear "I Wanna Sexx You Up (OOOOOO)" in your head when you see him, and I...want to rumple Till's hair. Not in a sexay way; in an auntie way.
(Not doggin' your suggestion, love.)
