I have - and have read - One Salt Sea, Seanan Maguire's newest book. I hadn't realized it was out, but spotted it in the bookstore.
Yay!

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

Thanks for sharing that, Sox. Made a wonderful start to my week.
Loaned Rosemary & Rue to a coworker last Friday. I found it on my chair this morning with a note saying she finished it and has ordered the sequels for her kindle. P-C, does Seanan have any sort of toaster incentive program?

I read One Salt Sea pretty much yesterday and I am dismayed to have to wait a year until the next one. (Is it wrong that I'm kind of glad about the loss of Connor? I really couldn't see what she saw in him - particularly when Tybalt is RIGHT THERE , you know?
I gotta grab that one. I don't suppose anyone has it on Nook, and it's a Lend Me?

Amy,
You were in the "sponsored book" sidebar section of the Goodreads newsletter I just got. Is that because we're connected, or random?
I ... have no idea, actually. I know they were going to run an ad, though. Cool!
I've forwarded it to you so you can bask in the coolness...
