I just bought the book Misfortune yesterday by Wesley Stace.
Anybody here reading it? It looks like the kind of book Buffistas would read. Ooh! I haven't read it yet, but I have the sort-of-companion CD, Songs of Misfortune, by the Love Hall Tryst. It's awesome: murder ballads and doomed lovers galore. Want me to send you a couple tracks?

Big trouble in WBBville. I asked the BF what Peanuts character I would be and he said Lucy. LUCY!!! Because I'm "brave but can be a little bossy." I, outraged, responded "But she's crabby. Am I crabby? I don't think so. grumble crabby grumble Lucy grumble." When I asked him why he didn't see any Snoopy in me, he said, "Well, Snoopy is disloyal and runs off and leaves Charlie Brown a lot. And he steals; he takes Linus' blanket all the time. You are very loyal and honest." I never knew he had a hate on for Snoopy.
At least he instantly responded that I was Piglet when we discussed the Pooh universe.
