I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Emily, not only will you be able to work anywhere, you will also be able to meet incredible teenagers who (for the most part) truly value teachers who care. I adore my students--they are without question the reason I do what I do.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

wrt bellydancing - simple t shirt or blouse would be fine, and you could go with leggings or if you have any big floaty skirts, that would be fabulous. If you can muster a scarf to go around the hips, so much the better. And it's bare feet, in my (limited) experience, but in case they want something else, I guess ballet-type shoes, or something similar.

Also? Smitten billytea is The. Cutest. Thing. Evah.

Bless. Bless bless bless.

Smitten billytea is indeed adorable beyond adorable.

Hi Fay! I'm so excited to finally meet you next month!

Being a math teacher means that you will be able to work just about anywhere.

And word on the excitement, my love! (Although in person I'm pretty much, well, just me. Er. But I have lots of shiny handbags! They're pretty exciting! And it's conceivable that I might have a tattoo whilst in SF. Maybe. Possibley...)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

She has a kind heart, and the courage to stand up (she took the matter up with his parents, politely but firmly). I like that. Hell, I love listening to her talk about things, because she cares, she treats people as precious, and she understands principles, and I know that when she talks about this stuff, I'm going to become a little more doomed.

Shucks, I think I'M in love with her myself.

No matter how weird she feels about this board, I hope you will be able to truly convey to her that it means she has instant friends all over the world, bt.

What is even happening?

Spidra, any more word on how your dad is doing?

I'm sad now. I had to cancel my trip. Too many things conspired against me. First my MIL bailing on me, then the face ouchy (getting worse not better), then the event particulars changed requiring Brendon to only be there Tuesday. So I called Delta and now have a credit for a future trip. Changed his reservations, etc. That was a couple hours of annoyance.

I was looking forward to seeing St. Louis with my sweety and Anne. Just wasn't meant to be this time. Poop.

Laura, I'm so sorry you can't make your trip.

Would be lovely! But I'm not sure how to go about it...

Fay far outshines her own handbags. Plus she's a Person Who Wears Hats (and makes it work).

Now tagless for your comfort.

Laura, they took a scraping of the skin on your face, right? Could that have caused the infection? Or is that just a regular ol' complication? Sorry your trip got cancelled.

move out and draw fire

Aww for smitten billytea! And also, an x-post from my LJ:

According to scientists who made rare observations of wombats having sex, published in December, there was chasing, biting, grunting, and stops and starts, along with the female's bewildering "figure-eight dance," which she employed as a pre-requisite for being mounted.

I thought we were keeping the Snot Monster busy here, Cash. Sorry it got to your house too. I've spent two nights quasi-sleeping in the rocking chair holding Mal so his drainage doesn't choke him.

Turns out his nanny came over sick on Tuesday...and then told me he was sick because we had the windows open.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Awwwwww. Billytea and the Wallybee make me all squee-ful.

As for *my* boy, let me just say that being in a relationship with someone who has ADD can be very VERY maddening at times. Last night was one of those times.

Of course, it doesn't help that I'm the *most* impatient person on the face of the planet. (SA suggested, when she was here a few weeks ago, that maybe The Boy is the universe's way of teaching me patience. Bah. Crazy universe.)

ION, I have a new v. short haircut, and if I can motivate myself to upload pictures, all y'all can see it.
