What should I do, then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? … Unholy fruit basket?

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Not really.

Just a bunch of people I'd want to bite and then stake. Which, while fun, is very messy and would get on my pretty pink shoes.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That's too bad, Aimee. Maybe you should kill time on ebay , finding stuff for us all to buy.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I understand, connie. I've generally been pretty damned anti-gun, but I'll admit that I've had fantasies of owning one once or twice due to living in crappy neighborhoods. It's an issue it's easy to be conflicted on.

Oh, those are cool. Good thing they'd be too big, even for me.

Thanks - that'll make it easier to find when I get home. I do want to hear it.

And goodonem for telling those who got pissed at them to put it in their ear.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Dh called from FL. halfway thru the coversation, he mentioned mangos. I have to say, I kept forgetting I was talking to him while I wondered if the mango in the kitchen is ready to eat.

Thanks, Nora. I got to talk to him on the phone and he seems pretty upbeat. I'm mostly worried about (a) the surgery going without a hitch and (b) him being less stubborn about listening to doctor's orders about recovery.
