May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Tripped, think I screwed up my back trying not to fall down, but did anyway, pretty sure my ankle is in not good shape.
Damn. I assume you are icing and resting and all? I hope it is much better than you expect in the morning.

I cannot *wait* to see her and hear about her life these days. I shall endeavour not to neicenap her back to Portland though.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Ok, sometimes BoardGameGeek is just downright odd: "Which Games Are Most Likely to Crush Your Mother?" [link]

My ex-MiL recently fell, broke her leg and shattered one of her hip replacements. But I didn't do it. Promise.

Let us know how that works out for you.
Got Alibi?

Got Alibi?

Yup, I was in Australia at the time. Australia is my anti-drug.

Mostly lurking...

Perkins got hurt? How did I miss that? Oh, probably because I'm a memememe whore!

Cass, sounds like a fun Easter! Hope you enjoy your trip.

Gotta dig up some stuff for Emily's lunch. I never buy enough lunch stuff when I go grocery shopping. Or, more accurately, Emily JUMPS on the potato and vinegar chips the second I walk in the door. They have no hope of making it through the week of lunches. Hee!

Our wings are not tired.

Ouch. Poor Perkins back. I hope a good night's sleep was had and that it feels better this morning.

DH comes home later today. He was gone all week again. He was missed.

Hee. I just made the Wallybee's eyes bug out. She had no idea I had such a big... nature program collection.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Good timelies! I woke up an hour ago and realized I didn't want to go back to sleep. Very strange.

Just found out DH has to work Saturday while we move mom downstairs.

This is likely a very good thing. Trust me.

How are the Works in Progress reacting to the new digs?

BT! So nice to read your wallybee reports. I'm sure she loves your nature program collection. The WiP are mostly reacting well. They're a little more clingy and easily irritated, but they love the back yard and the deep bath tub, and that's about all you can expect at 3 and 4.

First I hurt myself, then no one cared except sj

It is not good for the Perkins to hurt herself and it is unpossible that no one cared but sj, though I am sure sj cared a lot.

the neicelet is going to be back for a few days.

Yay for Cass and the neicelet! I hope you two have a lovely visit and that any of the annoying relatives find themselves inexplicably unable to approach you before veering off to do something else.

Thanks so much for the welcomes back. It's lovely to read. I'm glad to be back. I didn't meara as much as I would have liked--I tried to read the 1400 posts I was behind but I forgot to save the threadsuck before I did a restart and it went poof. I hope things are going swimmingly for everyone.
