Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

'Shells'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Dang, ironing sucks, as does being burnt, vw. I'm sorry.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Supercutie Mal and Raq.

I burned my wrist while ironing.

See? Housework is evil.

I'm back at work. I'd rather be elsewhere.

Ple, insent (to mohmlet).

Blah Blah Blah PUTAS! That's my new motto.

Mostly lurking...

See? Housework is evil.

Actually, I was ironing fabric I just washed for my next quilt. So, technically, I suppose, it's crafting. So, crafting is evil today.

move out and draw fire

Hey! I got my cookbooks today! Shiny!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Now the BLah blah blah Putas! are yelling, "Olay, olay, olay, olay!"

It now makes sense - they are fighting for face cream for hookers.

There's a spooj joke right there waiting for somebody...

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I missed Laura's birthday--so I'll wish her a fabulous year instead. I hope it's full of wonders and marvels, Laura. ...like you don't see enough of those just by being you and looking at life from your own perspective. Still, here's hoping it's the happiest ever.

Robin, congratulations on your fabulous weight loss. I'm so glad you're feeling better, too.

Tales of Teppy's recent encounters have made me smile, and Erin's, as well. Go, sexy Bitches! Hedonism R Us! Within the limits of good taste as self-defined and not according to local laws and codicils. Your parents most *definitely* should have nothing to do with putting it together. Batteries not included.

All the snot monsters, earaches, ucky lungs, and urpy tums need to settle down and get back to normal, ASAP! It's just too much to expect even strong and smart Bitches to carry on when the sick bugs settle in and refuse to move on! Begone!

Cookbooks came yesterday (this is the first time I've had to catch up), and while I was initially startled by the size and the landscape format, I'm getting used to it. I love the graphics and the BROQs sprinkled thematically throughout. We're a funny bunch--and well-fed, apparently. I'm loving reading the recipes, too. This was *such* a great idea. Thanks to everybody who contributed, and everybody involved with the putting-together of the project, both conceptually and physically. Neat!

Boo on Katie's dream, and fie on her old scary boss! I want pictures of Harvey in his sweater. And now I want a copy of Nicole's book, too.

sj's therapist needs either thwapped till he's paying proper attention, or dropped for someone who does so without the thwapping. SA needs the world to back off and let her have a day or two without tears.

Much, and swift, jobma to Spidra.

On the Drift (Firefly/Serenity inspired music for anyone who is unfamiliar), and the Distributor is in Portland, OR.

Linky, Epic, please? Googling the CD title gots me bupkes.

Deena! Owie. Oh, poor toe. Feet are such a klutzy design. We should have rubbery pods, or something. They'd stick better, and be cushioned when we (inevitably) walk into things. And if we dropped something it would bounce right back up, instead of leaving a huge bruise, hurting like holy hell and making us cry. What? Feet are my weak point, I have huge empathy for foot problems. Poor Deena, rest and heal quickly. And lots of good feedback for Greg for taking care of you, job being pissy about it or not.

Good luck on the GRE, SA. You'll do fine. And, yes, you can always retake, if you don't do as well as you'd hoped.

Nora, urgh. What they said, and quick resolution to the situation-ma to you. I hate ABX, too.

Ooh, fast healing and good news to Jen. A great time to catch up on all those tv series on dvd, right?

Better-ma to askye.

Welcome back to the Zmayhem, and glad fun was had. Snow!

Cruiser-baby! He just gets handsomer, Raq!

Ow, vw. Irons are clunky, and they get hot. Sorry for the burn, and about the scholarship.

Perkins! Those pics are fabulous! You're just like David Attenborough! But a lot cuter.

Um, and ev'body else? Hi!

Hec, the order came with today's mail. Seems DH has a preference for lacy boy shorts. Who knew?
