Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My plans tonight involve dropping by Dylan and Susan's to drop something off, picking up comics, then Wacky Pagan Bowling. Curiously, I'm NOT going to the ComicCon, but am instead planning to hit the Eastside Mothers of Multiples annual rummage sale for baby gear and then wandering the Quad at the U.

Art Crawl!!!

My plans -- a mad scramble through all my stacks of paper to try to find my tax forms that I put in a "safe" place.

Also, big grocery shopping needs to be done.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

updating the Gothic Charm School website somewhere in there.

Jilli, I showed The Boy the GCS website, and I think now he has a crush on you (mostly for your commitment to your personal style, and specifically the corsets). You have another fan.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

My plans:

Tonight - running, then barhopping to help distribute 1-year anniversary fliers for a friend's restaurant.

Tomorrow - running, then going over to Deb's to help her install a desk drawer, then her coming to my place to help me install shelves, then dinner. Also, possibly New Wave City, if I can talk someone into going with me.

Sunday - resting. Maybe a trip to Target.

Hivemind fashion question: what do we think of this dress? [link]

Specifically, do we think it would look good with a knee-length petticoat? Do we think it would do that nice hourglass thing, or does it look like it would be too full through the waist, and that I'd have to take it in a bit?

Thrive to spite them

Tonight I'm watching stuff from Netflix (if it's actually here) -- Touching Evil (UK) Season 1 disc 2 and Reno 911 Season 1 Disc 1 (maybe not both of them).

Saturday -- yard work! I've needed to do it for 3 weeks now.Hockey!!! 9 games left until the playoffs and Tampa, Montreal and New Jersey are in a three way tie for 6th place! They all play tomorrow. So hopefully Tampa will win and the others will lose. Maybe lunch with Mom. There's a spring festival/parade and it's close to the library (which I walk to) so I'll probably go there.

Sunday church. And get out all my spring clothes and figure out what I have and what I need to buy. Also figure out how much money I have until pay day and where I can cut out spending. I ate out almost ever day this week (once 2 times in one night), I wasted probably $60 this week. Money I could actually use. I get so frustrated wehn I do this. My goal for April is not to spend any money on food besides what I buy at the grocery store, save the money and buy myself something nice.

We think it would be a little full through the waist, but that should be an easy tuck.

looks like you may need to take it in a bit. I can't tell if it's the dress or the model, but i think it's the dress.
