Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

'Shells'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Change them early.

My weekend includes cleaning, working on Taxes both 2005 and 2004 (I'm still dealing with the IRS claiming I didn't report income that I did, it's too complicated to explain here non-qualifying disqualified disposition thingy), finish fixing the mower since I ran out of time last weekend, perhaps helping my aunt with her computer (I might put that off), putting away laundry, setting up some grow lights for my wife's seed station, and probably taking the kids to a park or two.

My plans for the weekend include going to the park. In fact, include may not be the right word, since my plans start and finish right there.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm sorry, vw. I hope someone at your school can clear up the mess for you.

This weekend I'm cleaning, and possibly putting some plants on my back deck. Sunday I'll be catching a matinée of Slither.

How, exactly, do you make a cat authentically Civil War-period?

Dye it blue or gray? Maybe both.

Remember you only burn your cat if it weighs the same as a duck.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Vortex niece SO cute. Also, there is a HOTTIE in a Rugby t-shirt. Hubba!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Do the gray and the blue cats reenact the Battle at Gettysburg?

Vicksburg, with cats it's always Vicksburg.
