Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Pffft. Hec's source is the person who once gave him a taxidermied mouse Hamlet as a totally out-of-the-blue Happy Thursday! present. She's malice-free.

Yikes! Don't you know in some cultures that's the equivalent of a fish wrapped in a bullet-proof vest with pennies that have tiny pictures of JFK and Nixon taped to them on its eyes?

Hmmm - tin foil hats are kinda itchy.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I want to take the spotlight off everyone and focus it on me. Very first world problem but I am angry - as in can 't talk straight and poor Matt thinks part of this is his fault.

So we are refinacing the home equity loan - this started out as a very casual thing- I was at the bank - they said hey ya' wana and I said dure. Some o=money for emergencies a better interest rate - cool beans. We were suposed to sign on Saturday - but I got a call at home after I wnet to work on friday saying - nope , can't do that double booked , sorry . So I made them schedual with DH, because his office just moved and I can't tel what is a better time than another. So we were suposed to sign papers today at 1030. - no one is there . I call and somehow - our appointment has never been confirmed. - so I get them comming to our house tomorrow at 7am . But this means a notary - so I have questions and call back - and find out we can't get the notary until fri at 7am .

I am beginning to wonder about this credit union do they even want my money?

beth's credit union is my real estate agent. We are supposed to sign the papers for the apartment on Friday. I am just hoping it all goes smoothly.

I killed the thread with apartment likes carrots, didn't I?

I killed the thread with apartment likes carrots, didn't I?

You did. As punishment you must both now move into a giant carrot, surrounded by damp orange at all times. That is your fate. Embrace it.

ION, I just ate jambalaya. On the cake or death scale, I am going to posit that jambalaya is better than unemployment.

How giant? Will it fit all my books so I don't have to get rid of any? Because I might be able to embrace that.

Always Anti-fascist!

Nuh uh. I just have no capacity to concentrate today and keep bouncing off after shiny stuff. That's how I can write two things at once, though.
