Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

{{{vw}}} I hope it's bunnies instead, but an accurate diagnosis will lead to productive treatment, yes?
OK. It's 2:30 am here, and I think I might be able to get to sleep. Night.
HA! Check out #13!!
Fuckers messed with the wrong Marine.
Why do I have the vision of some Thinks he/she has Power Office Manager who Aimee's about to make cry?
Go get 'em!
What we thinking?
Dear Miriam and Edie -
I thank you for the phone call today regarding the status of my daughter's records - a copy of which I requested on March 1, 2006. While I acknowledge that we do owe for her past visits, we are unable to pay this amount at this time. We will pay off the balance on her account as soon as we are able.
However, withholding her records so that I can give them to her new pediatrician is not only unfair to my daughter and her new physician, but according to the guidleines of the CMA, it is "prohibited". Here is link to the webpage, please refer to question #13.
Or you can refer to the AMA Ethical Guidline, Opinion E-7.01.
Please contact me when I can pick up and pay for the records copying.
Thank you for your time,
Aimee McVay Conat
Sounds good to me, Aims.
PS: EAT IT, ASSHATS!
Here is Parker's letter:
"Dear Dr. Asshat: This rule right here says you have to cough up the records. Do it or I send my friend Amy to fuck you up. No kisses, the Empress."
I believe what my Empress is trying to say is, "Nyah-Nyah, nyah-nyah-nyah."
And a good, healthy raspberry, too.
