It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I've rather skipped and skimmed, but are you still on the apartment hunt sj?

Yes.

Deena, could you hop on AIM for a minute?

Our wings are not tired.

Yay for packing. I sometimes think the only way my house will ever be in order again is to move.

My sister arrives for a visit tonight. Her house is as bad as mine, and yet I feel that I should at least attempt some cleaning. (I've made a bargain with myself to only touch the keyboard after an hour of chore time)

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but once all the clutter is cleaned up, it's really not that bad. I hope. The writing on the walls and the peanut butter and jelly in the carpet are my biggest worries.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Yesterday, Kara asked me how she was supposed to believe in Jesus if she can't see him. It's a fair question I haven't figured out quite how to answer yet.

If love doesn't work, tell her about all the other invisible things, like air and wind.

Because books.

::peeks in::

A lot to catch up on after a week, but I think the flu has finally left the building. ::weakcough::

All kinds of job~ma to Hec, and yay! for getting there to Cass, and carrot yays to Teppy and Erin and Eddie and billytea and everyone else with...carrots, and birthday yays to K-Bug. Also, health~ma to Stephanie and the baby, and lots and lots to the bug, who is definitely missed. I know there's stuff I missed, so I'm spreading sparkly ~ma all over to everyone who needs it.

sj, special apartment vibes heading your way. Fingers crossed!

Deena, the happy ending story cracked me up. So Kara! And so true! When Jake saw that movie for the first time, he got very hung up on Mr. Arnold's arm. "What happened to Mr. Arnold's arm?!" he demanded, since, you know, it wasn't attached to Mr. Arnold anymore.

April is coming, right? With good news an springtime for everyone?

Yeah, I can put something together that will satisfy her with love and wind and weather. Thanks.

"What happened to Mr. Arnold's arm?!"

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure Kara knows exactly what happened to it. She's quite the bloodthirsty critter sometimes. We should maybe not get our kids together.

April IS coming and we're moving in to a beautiful new house just the right size for us, and I will have my own office, and we will have a back yard with a fence, and you will come live with us... so I guess we'll be getting the kids together after all.

Because books.

I guess so! Hee.

I have mastered this laptop, finally, and gotten used to the smaller keyboard and the weird little mouse thing (eraser head), but the one thing I can't figure out is how to highlight text. I can do it in Word, but not on the web, no matter what I try. No reading the whitefont! No copying and pasting! I am flummoxed.

I forgot to say that in terms of getting the kids together, Ben would adore Aidan (even if, I bet, Kara scared him a little), and Jake would worship Nick. Absolutely.

Huh. Clicking and dragging across it doesn't work?

Our wings are not tired.

Love the tag Deena. When I first moved in with DH#2 I used to get all out angry with him over his messy ways. One day I yelled at him about the state of his drawers because there was no method to his madness. No sock drawer or shirt drawer. Me: How the hell do you ever find what you are looking for? Him: Whatever drawer I open it's there.

I was such a neatnick before he corrupted me.
