Can't any one of your damn little Scooby club at least try to remember that I hate you all?

Spike ,'Get It Done'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I'm thinking of all of you and wishing everyone their heart's desire. And carrots.

Hey, yeah! Where's my carrots? I'm waaay overdue for some carrots!

ION: I heard back (voicemails) from the two staffing agencies re the two resumes I submitted yesterday. Haven't talked to them yet - hard to work out the time for scheduling employment changes while trying to keep your current employer from getting wind of it. (Just agencies so far, but seems like a good start). But then spent quite a bit of time this afternoon discussing ongoing projects with my supervisor and feeling like a jerk for thinking of jumping ship. Problem is, she really seems to think highly of me, but has NO POWER AT ALL. And the people with the power seem to be under the impression that I'm an unskilled monkey in here handling their documents. So hard. (Though nothing to the people who have no choice but to look, not trying to compare my pain in the ass to yours. Promise!) Still, feel like a jerk. But, damn, I'm frustrated!

I'm so offended I'ma go sit in the corner
S'okay, Epic. I snarked on the Empress the other night and she just ignored me. Or skipped the overnights. But I am pretending it was the ignoring in case I need an excuse to turn and flounce away.

Apt~ma, sj and TeaCupGuy. Fingers are crossed.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

When did you snark on me, buttercup?

Wasn't so much the snarking, but the lack of segue that I worried about. What kind of a jerk walks in the room and just starts being a snot without even saying hi first? (Apparently an Epic Jerk, Ha!) But as long as everybody did take my "HiI'vemissedyouallonlyjustgotcaughtupandI'madiverightin!" as implied, I'm good.

On my catchup. You said you would have left work early to have seen MG and I commented that you tended to leave for Michigan when I came to LA. Thus? Portland, baybeee. It was snark with a smile.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Found it.

So you'll leave work early for MG, but when I came to town you went to Michigan? Repeatedly. Sheesh, Aimee. No wonder I moved to Portland.

Lessee...lived within 3 hours of each other for 4 years and I saw you how many times? Sheesh.

Not nearly enough. Tis true. The timing always had an annoying knack for me coming to town when you left the state though.

I'm going to have to come back for a visit sooner rather than later.

The status is NOT quo.

I have lost my wallet. I've looked everywhere.

I now have no money, no credit cards, no debit card, no health insurance cards, and no license.

Yikes. Any chance you can call and see if you left it somewhere when you went out last night?

Ugh, Kristin. I hope it turns up intact. Cancelling all those cards is a PITA of the worst sort.
