Hec, I hope your leaving screws them over royally. I know I've been laid off from at least one company where my exit wound up costing them much more than it would have had they just continued to pay me my salary. It wasn't the complete financial collapse I was hoping for, but it gave me a little happy.

Thanks! I'm so excited. I am going to have my own office! I hate the carpet in the living room, but all indications are that it has gorgeous hardwood floors underneath it. I'm a basket case trying to get everything done, but it's a fun crazy.

Yeah, I cleaned out my desk the day I processed the hire of the temp with my job title. So sneaky of them to have that cross my desk. Of course...they don't know how to do it, so they had to.

Hee! I got my chair! Of course, I got it with the Ops Mgr's approval (matter of fact, he carried it to my truck for me) - because they were closing the whole plant. But still, Best Chair Ever!
