I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Well, Sean, you could always go to Savile Row and have a bespoke suit made....

See, now you're talking.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

A pair of handmade tango shoes or the last dress on this page or possibly this dress.

What Perkins said. Gorgeous clothes and those shoes...I'm drooling and my keyboard doesn't like it.

Perkins, I haven't been able to find any links to pictures of my favorite designs of his.

I've always thought one of the hottest things in the world would be meara doing Chris Isaak drag.

Aww! You're so sweet. I shall have to take it into consideration. I'd have to get a wig to do the hair right now--my hair is, for the first time in several years, touching my shoulders. Madness.

Just found out that someone I was hanging out with on Saturday night is an FtoM tranny. I totally would never have known. But apparently today is the two-year anniversary of his hysterectomy.

Heh. That's so awesome. One of my friends in Chicago is FTM, and had a full beard, at one point, just cause he was so pleased he *could*--but when he went in to get a hysterectomy with it, they were confused, to say the least. (Uh, I don't suppose you were hanging out with Cody?)

in trying to understand the meaning of slope, use musical scales/arpeggios. An arpeggio with a large slope may only hit the octaves, and will cross the keyboard in very few steps. Smaller slopes will go all the way down to a chromatic scale, which takes a very long time to cross the keyboard

See, I looked at this and it took me a minute, cause...rise/run, and I got all confused cause the keyboard is the same length in either case.

So might be easier to say if you're looking at sheet music--if you've got quarter notes going CDEFGA, vs ones going CEGCEG, you're going higher in the same amount of space on the sheet, eh? Would that work? (Still have the sound part so people can listen)

Hey. New board.

My phone interview got rescheduled for Thursday. However, in the rescheduling process the principal did compliment my resumé, so that's something. And I didn't seem like too much of an idiot in the brief talking we did do.
