Can't find the link I had the other night, but this will do: [link]
Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
If someone handed you a blank check, but said you could only use it to buy one piece of clothing, what would you buy?
I've long had an interest in getting a Matrix-style leather coat. (It predates The Matrix, I think I first saw the sort of thing I'm thinking of in the video for Seal's Crazy.) Of course, I'd look like a monster dork in it, but I find I'm ok with that.
Very pretty, spidra.
Not having any luck pulling up links to expensive Armani suits. Not that Armani doesn't have a website -- they do. It's just all made of Flash, and no indiviual item pages or listings, so there's nothing to link to.
But I did see some very nice suits I should like to own.
Check Overstock.com, Sean.
Me, I'd get a LBD tailor-made for me. Or a corset. Probably the LBD, though.
Vass ist "LBD"?
Sorry. Little Black Dress. I can find ones that are good, but I want a great one....
Ooooh, that's a nice suit, j. but the list price is under $2,000. I'll hunt around. Surely we can do better than that....
Well, Sean, you could always go to Savile Row and have a bespoke suit made....

I began my career training for 7 years with S. Redmayne, a great little company. After that I spent 5 years with my alma mater, Anderson & Sheppard, the most famous and respected tailor on Savile Row. There I was undercutter to the great Mr. Hallbery, who you could intellegently argue was the greatest tailor of the twentieth century.
I need to know stories about this Mr. Hallbery.
