Mal: Can I come in? Inara: No. Mal: See? That's why I usually don't ask.

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hey. New board.

I've skipped an awful lot, due to business. And I'm very drunk. Still, thought I should announce:

Gershwin Girl and I broke up.

It sucks, but was expected and probably the best thing overall.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm sorry to hear that, Gris. I know you put a lot into the relationship.

Hey. New board.

Thanks, Perkins. I've had worse breakups - in fact, all of my breakups that meant more than "Oh darn, no more sex" were worse than this one. So that's good.

Still not fun to break things off with somebody you very much still love.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Sorry to hear that, Gris. But I'm glad it sounds like you're okay, if not exactly happy about it all.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, Gris, I'm so sorry. Peace to both of you.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm so sorry, Gris.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Gris}}} Sorry about the break up. I'm glad that you are handling it well.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Do you have rain barrels?

I only recently found out about rain barrels. I'm interested in getting one but I've got to wait until the landscaping is all done and figure out where there is space for what. I'm already perplexed as to where the compost bin is going to go now. I've got a great edible landscaping thing in progress, but I didn't take the compost bin in consideration when I did it so now I don't know where to put it where it isn't stinky/unsightly.
