Saffron: You just had a better hand of cards this time. Mal: It ain't a hand of cards. It's called a life.

'Trash'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

We like him so much.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Oh, I'm eventually going to have to get the crow charms (for the charm bracelet of Doooooom

What's on this charm bracelet so far? You know can get silver charms in New Orleans that looked exactly like Marie Laveau's tomb, right?

Do you have skulls and bats? What else?

Brrrrrrr! I'm FREEZING again! This is getting old. PCP says it's probably part of the fight or flight thing my body's going through (what with enlarged pupils and fast heart rate too). Craziness, I tell you!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ooh, look. Little coffin charms with skeletons.

A goth charm bracelet.

Closeup on the charms. Nice bat!

Charming!

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Oooh, no I didn't.

Do you have skulls and bats? What else?

Skulls, bats, coffins, a couple silver keys, a cat, a silver heart that jingles, a corset, a silver disk with "zzzz" engraved on it, an ankh, a gargoyle, and all sorts of other random things. When I started making it, I cleaned out my jewelry box(es) of loose earrings; I've only just started actually buying charms for it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I get that kind of reaction sometimes, vw, and I hate it. Hot tea usually helps. Hot chocolate ought to, but it never seems as medicinal to me.

Cute coffins.

Emily's making me some tea right now. She's the best roommate ever.

Oooh! Vampire fang charms with moveable jaws! (scroll down. Actually, as you're scrolling down also check out the skeleton-in-the-mirror, Astrolabe and the Requiem Triptych Coffin pendants)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

vw, I read the "saga" of your day when I got home from work. I'm very glad you're all right. Maybe having a seizure at your doctor appointment isn't a bad thing - now she knows exactly what happens.
