Lemon butt chicken? Now I'm going to be earwormed by "Bertha Butt Boogie"...
Personally I prefer Nutty's Onion Butt chicken.
And while I prefer The Jimmy Castor Bunch's "Trogdolyte", I'll always have a soft spot for "Bertha Butt Boogie."
'Get It Done'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mmmm, shepherd's pie. Costco had a good one, but alas: no more.
I quite like Boston Market's turkey pot pie.
vw called me before leaving for the doctor's (voicemail, I wasn't here) and sounded much better.
Glad to hear our bug's doing better. Hope she continues to do well.
As to the babies in cars - a while ago in the area there was a court case of a man whose little girl (3? 5? quite young but not a baby) had been left strapped in their van, in the summer, and died. His claim that he'd asked one of the older children (of 12 or 13 total) to make sure the younger one was in the house didn't do much good. It seems that neighbors had repeatedly had to tell him that he'd left one of the kids in the car.
There is, of course, an age when leaving kids in the car makes sense. I spent a lot of my mom's grocery store runs in the car with a library book.
DH actually spent time in the car in the summer (with the windows rolled down) in a car outside a bar that his father and grandfather liked to frequent on their summer vacation. His father would come outside every 15 minutes or so to give him a bottle of coke and a snack or candy and to check on him. Of course, this was 25 years ago and it was a very small town.
I'll leave the dog in the car (for brief periods) in the winter, but not in the summer. If I have her with me, and depending on where I am, I try to park by a tree and take her out and tie her to that instead. Of course, in my current 'hood, dog theft is a big problem so I don't leave her anywhere, with the exception of my coffee shop which has dog hitches set into the walls and where I can see her the entire time I'm in line.
A toddler? I don't think so.
We used to take Whiskers everywhere with us in the summer. My grandparents and I would live in the campground, so we kinda had to. But we always parked in the shade, left the windows cracked and he had a bowl of water.
Generally my rule of thumb is that if I'm going to do something that is very quick and I'm parked directly in front of a glass door that I'll be right next to, and Emaryn is in the car and it's not hot, I'll leave them in the car if they don't object. Emaryn generally wants to stay in the car because she's reading something. When they were younger I'd always take'em with me.
This has made me a huge fan of pay-at-the-pump gas stations.
I'm sending out some love to our little bug. {{{{{vw}}}}}}}
I hope she has cable. I've been home two days (not even in a row!) sick and am nearly homicidal with the broadcast and the Tyra and the ugh.
I'm not hungry, but its after five and I haven't eaten and suspect I would feel better if I did.
I'm glad Buffistas don't leave unseen babies in cars.
