Let him do his thing, and then you get him out. No messing with him for laughs.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Wait, I thought yellow roses symbolized betrayal.

Hmmm. According to The Gardener website, it could go either way: [link]

rose (yellow) - Friendship; jealousy; try to care

Maybe a mixed bouquet would be safer.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Woman, I love you.

Awww! I love you, too!

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Teppy, I've been unhappily single for 8 years now and worked reception in buildings where I was constantly accepting flowers to deliver to other women who worked there. I would be THRILLED to get flowers from anyone. It's a very thoughtful gesture regardless of whether it comes from an SO or not.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Language of flowers: [link]

It looks like yellow roses or chrysanthemums and ivy, unless you want to convey something really arcane like "Beware cheerfulness and rashness" (begonia, buttercup and hyacinth).

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I've heard yellow as friendship. That sounds like a fantastic treat.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Really? Doesn't leave you disco-ball shiny? Good to know.

It's not shiny at all. Demi-matte, I'd say. Plus, it's very finely milled, so it applied easily and covered fairly well, despite the fact that I was using a cotton ball to apply it. (Flocked sponges on order, and my usual mineral makeup sponge needs cleaning, so I made do.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Or you go could go with her birth month flower.

Oooh -- she's daisies! I was thinking about sending her a huge bouquet of riotously colored gerbera daisies!

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Oh dear. I think I'm about to get in an eBay sniping war. I'm refreshing an auction page and trying to decide when I want to put my (next) bid in. I was outbid on a dress I REALLY want, and I'm petty enough to do the snipe thing.
