I need to get mine done again - generally I've found the only places that do it are fairly upscale salons, but it's not an expensive treatment itself. I love it - my eyelashes are really pale as well, and when I used to get it done regularly (which = every 6 weeks or so) she'd use a blue black that meant I could roll out of bed and still look a bit put together.

The eyelash-dyeing part cost about $15, IIRC, and it took maybe 10 minutes. I used to do it myself, before the FDA pulled eyelash dye from the market. (I've heard that eyelash dye is available in other countries.) This was a better job than I ever did for myself, though. Over years of discarded mascaras, I have yet to find one that I'm not allergic to that will stay on my eyelashes more than an hour or so. I have oily eyelids.
