Toxic Boss Contest
Ooooh, beth, you need to nominate your DH's president for that lovely and phenomenally toxic little story you told on Saturday night.
Vibing get-better-and-please-don't-die-of-ennui vibes to vw and Trudy.
Now I'm off to the women's lounge near our cafeteria, for lo, I feel like ass. Clearly something on this board is contagious.
An Internet gossip magazine has published pictures of a co-worker snogging his girlfriend. Now I am traumatized. Not in the ewwwww way, but rather in the "must. keep. mind. on. meeting" way.
Aimee, we never had a changing table for Sara. I just always changed her our bed. And once she was toddling, and we were in her room, on the floor. If you need the space for something else, I'd say you really don't need it.

Note to Board: JZ feeling like ass is nowhere near as fun as feeling JZ's ass.
Get better! Drink some seltzer!
sj, I don't do LJ. Is there another alternative for booklistyness?A New Song by Jan Karon (hardcover)
Sure! The reason I didn't post it here too was because I am disorganized and thought it would be easier to have everything in one place. E-mail me at my profile addy if you want anything.
A New Song by Jan Karon
The Southbeach Diet by Arthur Agatston (hardcover)
The 15-Minute Single Gourmet by Paulette Mitchell (hardcover) A bit worn.
Mrs. deWinter by Susan Hill (hardcover). It's a "sequel" to Du Maurier's Rebecca.
The Joy Luck Club (VHS)
Thanks, Amy!
Maybe I'll do that. Get an "underbed" bin and put it undr the crib with the diaper supplies in it that way it can go out of sight.
Bitches has been a sad, snurfling place of late with lots of illness and bad news.
So in an effort to recharge the positive vibrations I'm going to ask everybody to post two things:
1) Remembrance of a favorite spring day.
2) Something you're looking forward to in the next month.

I'll play. I could use some cheering up.
1) My 24th birthday, pregnant with Jake (about three months along). All of my closest friends came with Stephen and I to the first Mets exhibition game of the season, and it was a gorgeous, mild spring day. There were hot dogs and popcorn, and later there was cake. Perfect.
2) My birthday! (April 6) Which will come directly after, pleasegodpleasegod, turning in the book that's overdue, so I can celebrate properly. And with lots of cake.
Much sparkly all-encompassing ~ma to everyone who's been having a crappy day/week/month. I've been lurkoliscious lately, but I know Bad Things have been happening to people who only deserve Good Things.
