Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I have mango sorbet. I'm wishing I'd bought lemon. It's still pretty damn god.

House could give the "rape is bad" rant. "Oooh, you're all so DEEP"

I had not seen those flushable diapers, but I can see how they might be nice. The only thing I truly don't like about cloth diapers is that if you are away from home, you have to carry them around with you. This is fine for a trip to the mall, but I wouldn't want to do it for say, a move where you don't know when you will next have access to a washer.

I think I will check them out.

libkitty, I am so sorry to hear about your church. ~ma to everyone in your community. What a loss.

Mom picked up some more yarn for me yesterday, since I've been crocheting a lot the last several days. I just finished the cutest little baby hat. I think I'm going to make a few more. They're just so adorable. And I love the yarn: [link] It's so bright and fun.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

So sorry about your church, libkitty, and very glad no one was hurt.

Wow libkitty, that is just awful.

Yesterday Arizona got socked with a TON of rain. It poured and poured. There was snow about 10 miles from where we are staying. Needless to say, yesterday's baseball game was cancelled. So K-Bug and I went and got our hairs done, and I got a manicure. Then we went shopping and were VERY bad girls. But we had fun, and that is the whole point.

Now, today. It is beautiful sunshine. A tad on the cold side, but a sweatshirt takes care of that. BEAUTIFUL baseball weather. We lost 5-4, but it was a good game. Chavy hit a fantastic homerun. Sooper seekrit message for Raq- Joe Kennedy and Bobby Crosby so far.

I'm online to do homework, and yet here I am, playing. I skipped ooodles of messages, so I hope all is well in buffista-land. Sending hugs and squishes to all.
