I just got home. I hate trips like this where they make you feel like a complete idiot after you've waited for hours and hours on end. I did finally get some percocet out of them, though, so I guess it wasn't a total waste.
I'm going to bed. I'll check in with more of an update in the morning.
Oh, and my friends? Good people. All of you... But, tonight's favorite are two of my buddies from church who came and knitted and crocheted with me in the ER waiting room for several hours.

they are little (under 5 lbs) but doing great (which is good because the NICU where they are is full up right now so if they had to go to one they'd have to transer to another hospital)

Got to do the knight in shining armour thing tonight. Wallybee was working late out of the city (she works as an interpreter and translator), so I offered to give her a lift home. She's been tired lately, I think she really appreciated not having to negotiate public transport in the dark.
