At least I have a fun crocheting project to work on...
Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I wish Emily would get home...I mean, I don't want her to come with. She will have had a long enough day, but it would be nice to get a hug before I leave.
I'm kinda sad and pathetic.
That is in no way sad or pathetic, vw. You're miserable and need comfort. Nothing to beat yourself up over, my dear.
I just called and let the leader of my knitting and crocheting group know that I won't make it tonight. She's so cute. She's gonna collect everyone up when they all get there (a little after 7pm), and come on over and keep me company in the waiting room. She lives across the street from the hospital. So, at least I'll have some company for a little while. They'll at least call...
Ok. I'm gonna finish my dinner and head off. Thanks, everyone. I'll check in when I get home, or have Emily post an update when I know something.
-t has claimed the bookplates, but I can slip one of each out and include them with the pens, Nicole. She'll never miss 'em.
Right, -t?
Miss what? So not a problem.
I'm glad you'll have company, vw. That's so sweet.
{{{vw}}} Your knitting/crocheting group is good people. I likes them. Tell them I said it is okay to prod the triage nurse with their needles a wee bit to get you in to see a doctor a little quicker.
Oh, vw, that's horrible. I hope that the 19 people suddenly get very well..wait, forget them. I hope you suddenly get very well.
She's gonna collect everyone up when they all get there (a little after 7pm), and come on over and keep me company in the waiting room.
This sounds like the Best. Group. Ever. I'm so sorry you have to go through this vw, but I'm so glad you have friends who are actually there to keep you company while you do.
I got home around 6:45, and vw headed off to the Ye Ole Hospitale shortly thereafter, having wisely decided to trade in her math for crocheting (I love math, but I don't really think she was going to get any done in the ER).
